Every product manufactured and supplied by Countrystyle foods complies with the very highest standards of quality and best practice.

Our manufacturing facility meets and exceeds all appropriate Irish and EU food safety and quality assurance standards.

Our facility is accredited to the ISO 22000:2005 standard for Foods Safety. The site is export approved by the Irish Department of Agriculture under licence number IE 559.

Our dedicated quality manager Tim Counihan and his team maintain a full HACCP system covering all aspects of the production and distribution of the Countrystyle products.


All our meat products are sourced locally - we only use Irish meat. In addition, our sausages are only made with fresh (never frozen) meat. This ensures superior taste and texture compared with some other leading brands.
